This year's Electronic Entertainment Expo - usually abbreviated as E3 - begins on June 10, 2014 in Los Angeles (California, USA). The trade fair for computer and video games has been taking place since 1995 and, together with Gamescom and the Tokyo Games Show, is one of the most important international events in the industry. Until June 12, 2014, Microsoft, Sony, Electronic Arts, Nintendo and all the other big names in the industry will be presenting their next releases for the PC and various consoles. New hardware is not expected to be presented, as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were only launched in 2013.
