Date and opening hours of Gamescom 2022: Gamescom will take place in Cologne from August 24 to 23, 2022. The Gamescom Opening Night Live will take place on August 23. As a day for trade visitors and media representatives, August 24 is only open to the general public to a limited extent (a so-called wildcard is required). Opening times: Wednesday (24.8): 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday (25.8) and Friday( 26.8): 9 am to 8 pm, admission for private visitors is 10 am. The business area is open from 9 am to 8 pm. Saturday (27.8) and Sunday (28.8): 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
