The Freezer 36-S uses a single-tower design with four 6 mm direct-touch heatpipes. This configuration is designed to maximize the efficiency of heat transfer from the processor surface to the cooling fins. To ensure broad hardware compatibility, the cooler natively supports both Intel and AMD ecosystems, in particular the LGA1851 and LGA1700 sockets for Intel and the AM5 and AM4 sockets for AMD.

Cooling components and fan integration

While the standard Freezer 36 uses a dual-fan configuration, the Freezer 36-S optimizes its design by using a single 120 mm P12 Pro fan. This component is optimized for high static pressure and stable airflow. The fan has a precision bearing system and is balanced to minimize vibrations during operation. The speed is regulated via a PWM controller, allowing the system to adjust the cooling capacity according to the thermal load.

Mounting and installation accessories

To ensure structural stability and uniform contact pressure, the cooler has a special contact frame for Intel platforms. The fan is secured with a wire clip fastening system, which simplifies the installation process. In addition, the unit is supplied with MX-7 thermal compound to ensure optimum heat transfer between the CPU and the heatpipes.
