To ensure data integrity during the initial shooting phase, the series includes memory cards with high specifications. The CFexpress CR20B Pro 2.0 Type B is the flagship for cinematic work and utilizes VPG400 certification to ensure consistent write speeds of 400 MB/s. This specification is designed to prevent image loss when recording at high bit rates. The range also includes the CR90D SDXC (V90) and the CR20B and CR40B CFexpress Type B cards to cover a wide range of professional camera hardware.
For the transition from camera to workstation, Silicon Power has introduced tools to reduce bottlenecks. The BS10 card reader enables simultaneous processing of SD 4.0 and CFexpress Type B cards, facilitating faster consolidation of footage from multiple sources. This is complemented by the CR72X portable SSD. This drive uses the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface and has both USB Type A and Type C ports, eliminating the need for external adapters when transferring data between mobile devices and computers.
The editing phase requires high access speeds and throughput rates to handle large files and complex software. The CR75S internal SSD is positioned as the primary solution for this phase, providing the high IOPS required for 3D modeling, large-scale rendering and real-time video editing. The drive is also designed for streamers who require a single storage volume that can run high-performance games while recording gameplay.
Enterprise-level backup and archiving
For long-term data protection, the CreatePro series includes dedicated NAS SSDs. The CR55N NAS SSD utilizes a SATA interface and provides a stable, high capacity option for standard archiving. For users managing larger, high-resolution assets that require more frequent access and a higher level of data protection, the CR90N NAS SSD offers prosumer-level performance and reliability.
