Flagship AW3926QW
The flagship product of the new series is the AW3926QW, a 39-inch 5K OLED monitor with a 1500R curvature. The display uses RGB Stripe Tandem OLED technology, which stacks independent red, green and blue elements to achieve a peak brightness of 1,300 nits without compromising black levels or color accuracy.
A key technical feature of the AW3926QW is its dual-mode design. This allows users to switch between 5K resolution at 165Hz for high-fidelity gaming and 1080p resolution at 330Hz for competitive esports. This transition is managed via the on-screen display and does not require a system reboot.
To ensure the longevity of OLED screens, the monitor features pixel management technology that stabilizes image quality. Alienware provides a three-year warranty that specifically covers burn-in effects. Hardware connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1 with eARC and USB-C with 90-watt charging, as well as an integrated KVM switch for multi-device management.
Updated QD OLED Ultrawide
The AW3426DW is an updated iteration of the 34-inch QD OLED Ultrawide. The internal architecture has been changed to a penta-tandem design and expanded from four to five stacks to improve power distribution, brightness and overall panel life.
Performance has been increased with a refresh rate of 280 Hz and a response time of 0.03 milliseconds. The monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. In addition, a new anti-glare coating has been applied to reduce glare by 30 percent and improve visibility in bright environments.
High-resolution VA series
With the AW3426DWM and AW3226DM, Alienware has expanded its portfolio to include more affordable premium options.
The AW3426DWM is a 34-inch ultrawide with a 3440x1440 WQHD VA panel with a 1500R curve. The AW3226DM is a 32-inch QHD model with a 2560x1440 resolution designed for both PC and console use. Both VA models offer a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a gray-to-grey response time of 1 ms. These monitors are compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA AdaptiveSync and feature TÜV-certified Low Blue Light technology to reduce eye strain.
Release schedule
The AW3426DW, AW3426DWM and AW3226DM are expected to be launched in July 2026. The flagship AW3926QW will be available from fall 2026. Prices for all four models will be announced shortly before their respective market launches.
