Integration of AI and hardware ecosystems

At the heart of this transformation is a combined ecosystem of hardware and software. xTool has developed “Atomm”, an all-in-one platform that optimizes the process from design to production through material profiles and special templates. To lower the entry barrier for non-experts, the company has introduced “AImake”, an AI assistant that transforms ideas into production-ready designs. This tool is already being used by more than 300,000 users.

The technical scope of the ecosystem now includes several manufacturing processes, including UV printing, laser engraving, relief printing and thermal transfer. These tools enable the processing of a variety of materials such as metal, glass, acrylic, leather and textiles.

Europe is considered an important growth market due to its established design and craft culture. xTool aims to support the shift towards local, demand-driven, small-scale manufacturing rather than traditional mass production. Currently, more than 100,000 European companies from various industries - including sign and textile production - use the company's tools. To support this growth, the company has significantly expanded its physical presence. The number of showrooms increased from 300 in November 2025 to over 750 by June 2026 in 15 countries. In addition, xTool will open a European headquarters near Düsseldorf in September to bring technical expertise and customer support closer to the local community.

Technical specifications of the O1 Omni printer

The O1 Omni printer, a 4-in-1 system that combines UV, DTF, DTG and UV-DTF printing technologies in one device, was unveiled at the conference. Thanks to two print heads, the device can print on various materials such as stone, leather, metal and fabric.

The hardware includes several technical optimizations:

  • Pixel Scan: An image processing system that takes care of alignment automatically, eliminating the need for manual measurements.
  • Integrated Workflow: A software process that allows users to print and then cut a project without having to realign the material.
  • Maintenance and security: The SmartCycle 2.0 system reduces common maintenance issues, while the Omni Pure filtration system - with HEPA filter and activated carbon - removes up to 96.4% of TVOCs. The device is GREENGUARD-certified and uses inks that are free from reprotoxic substances.
