The most striking new feature is the lighting. Most “Infinite Mirror” effects require a depth that simply won’t fit into a standard RAM slot. To solve this problem, the design team used an optical structure made of solid material. This creates a 3D tunnel effect without increasing the module’s volume. It is compatible with SignalRGB and various motherboard ecosystems, including those from MSI and ASUS.

Under the hood, multilayer circuit boards are used. These isolate high-frequency signals to keep the system stable under heavy load. The hardware supports the standard JEDEC frequencies of 5600 MT/s but has been tested for overclocking to 6000, 6400, 7200, and 8000 MT/s. This requires voltages of up to 1.45 V.

Heat management is handled by aluminum heat spreaders. These are combined with thermal pads to dissipate heat from the hand-selected ICs. Another key focus is on physical installation. The modules feature geometric recesses that serve as ergonomic pressure points. They guide the user’s grip so that the circuit board is not bent by excessive force and the slots on the motherboard are not damaged.

Production takes place in Taiwan. Each individual unit undergoes an automated optical inspection and a burn-in test before shipment. Sustainability was also a priority in the packaging. The boxes are made from FSC-certified materials and are printed with soy-based ink to reduce emissions. The modules themselves are lead- and halogen-free and comply with RoHS and WEEE standards.
