The main feature of the “Feinmann F01 Noctua Edition” is its built-in 40-mm Noctua NF-A4x10 fan. This system delivers a constant airflow directly onto the user’s palm to reduce sweating and ensure a secure grip even during extended use.
To enable this airflow, the mouse features a perforated exoskeleton made of carbon composite material, which provides structural rigidity while keeping the total weight to 73 grams. Users can control the ventilation via a button and scroll wheel combination on the device, a dedicated button on the wireless dongle, or through web-based drivers. The fan offers four different speed settings and can be turned off completely.
Technical Specifications and Performance
The mouse is equipped with the XS-2 sensor, which offers the following technical specifications:
- Sampling rate: 8,000 Hz
- Resolution: 42,000 DPI
- Tracking speed: 800 IPS
- Extra: Fan inside the housing
To ensure a long service life and fast switching speed, the device uses optical switches designed to last up to 100 million clicks. In terms of connectivity, the mouse supports two operating modes: wireless operation via an included 8K dongle or a wired connection via a front-facing USB-C port, which also serves as a charging interface.
