The driver primarily addresses crashes in “Halo: Campaign Evolved.” Users with GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards experienced stability issues when using the 610.xx driver series; this hotfix resolves those issues. In addition, the update fixes a bug in “Path of Exile 2.” Players using DirectX 12 mode previously experienced occasional long pauses during extended gaming sessions—an issue that has now been resolved.

Technically speaking, version 610.82 is based on the Game Ready driver 610.74.

Since this is a hotfix beta, it underwent a shorter quality assurance cycle than standard releases. Installation remains optional and will only be available until these fixes are integrated into the next official WHQL-certified driver. NVIDIA recommends that users who prioritize absolute system stability over these specific game fixes wait for the more comprehensive WHQL update.
