The largest monitor at the booth is mounted in front of a racing seat and is said to be particularly well-suited for racing games and simulators. This is due, in part, to the display’s very pronounced 1000R curvature. The new G-Master monitor can certainly be used for work as well, since it offers a 240 Hz refresh rate, a USB hub, and support for 90-watt Power Delivery.

The panel is a VA panel that reflects surprisingly little light and does not degrade image quality even when viewed from the side. The monitor is expected to hit the market in September for around €800.

G-Master OLED Monitor GOB2701QSC-B1

For fans of OLED monitors, iiyama is introducing a new model: the G-Master OLED Monitor GOB2701QSC-B1. It offers a refresh rate of 280 Hz and a resolution of 2560x1440. With a 27-inch META3 OLED panel, this resolution is sufficient for many gamers. The monitor also supports G-SYNC and offers a peak brightness of 1500 cd/m² (peak HDR). A somewhat unusual feature is the KVM switch, which is particularly useful if you want to run both a console and a PC on a single monitor.

On the connectivity side, it features two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort, plus USB-C (65W PD) and two USB 3.2 ports. We couldn’t hear the built-in speaker, but it’s supposed to be there. The response time is specified at a speedy 0.03 ms. The monitor will also be available starting in September, with a price tag of around 500 €.
