Despite the additional support, the beta version contains several known stability issues. Users of the Core Ultra Series 3 with integrated graphics may experience application crashes when playing “Mafia: The Old Country” under DirectX 12. Similarly, users of Arc B- and A-series GPUs may experience crashes in “Arena Breakout Infinite” when the “Terrain Surface Subdivision” setting is enabled.
For professional workloads, users running PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio on B- and A-series hardware may experience intermittent crashes during benchmarking. To resolve this, it is recommended to set the timeout slider in the benchmark settings to 1,500 seconds or higher to ensure that each test completes fully.
In addition, stability issues affect users of the Core Ultra Series 1, who may experience crashes when first launching “NBA 2K26” and “007 First Light.”
The update also includes Intel Graphics Software, which currently has a bug causing the three-dot options menu on the display page to not trigger any action. Furthermore, the Performance Tuning Tool remains in beta status, meaning that features may behave unpredictably. Specifically, on systems with multiple GPUs suitable for performance optimization, the software may apply changes to multiple devices simultaneously instead of focusing on the single GPU selected by the user.
