The AW3226Q features a tandem OLED panel consisting of four OLED layers and three subpixels. This architecture is designed to achieve deep blacks and high brightness without compromising text clarity or causing color fringing. The monitor supports a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and is compatible with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 and Dolby Vision. Color reproduction is achieved through 99 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, and the device is factory-calibrated to a Delta E value of less than 2, ensuring precise color reproduction. The screen also features an anti-glare coating with a hardness rating of 2H to reduce glare.

The display offers a native 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. To support fast-paced content, it features a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz and an extremely fast gray-to-gray response time of 0.03 ms. To prevent screen tearing and motion blur, the monitor incorporates several synchronization technologies:

The AW3226Q is available in the “Nova Black” finish and features a fully adjustable stand that allows for adjustments in height, tilt, and swivel angle.

To address common concerns regarding OLED displays, the monitor features algorithmic anti-burn-in technology, supplemented by the “Pixel Refresh” and “Pixel Shift” functions. Dell offers a three-year warranty on this model that specifically covers OLED display burn-in.
