The CRAS V RGB PRIME is available in three main speed configurations, each of which has been tested at 1.4 V to ensure stability at high frequencies. The performance levels are as follows:

  • 6000 MT/s: Features a CAS latency of CL26 with tested timings of 26-36-36-76.
  • 6400 MT/s: Features a CAS latency of CL28 with tested timings of 28–38–38–78.
  • 8000 MT/s: Achieves top speeds with a CAS latency of CL38 and tested timings of 38–48–48–128.

Capacity options vary depending on speed. The 6000 MT/s and 6400 MT/s modules are available as dual-channel kits in 32 GB (16 GB × 2), 64 GB (32 GB × 2), and 128 GB (64 GB × 2) configurations. The high-frequency 8,000 MT/s modules are offered in 32 GB (16 GB × 2) and 48 GB (24 GB × 2) configurations.

AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency

A key feature of this release is the integration of AMD EXPO technology with Ultra Low Latency (ULL). This technology uses optimized sub-timings to reduce latency and improve overall system responsiveness on compatible AMD platforms. The 32-GB kits (16 GB × 2) with 6,000 MT/s and 6,400 MT/s are certified for AMD EXPO ULL. According to technical specifications, certified Ultra-Low-Latency memory can achieve an average increase in frames per second (FPS) of 4 percent on compatible systems compared to standard AMD EXPO memory.

Platform Compatibility and Integration

The memory is designed for broad compatibility with current high-performance CPU architectures. It is compatible with AMD Ryzen processors on the AM5 platform as well as with Intel Core Ultra 200S Plus processors. To simplify the setup process, each kit comes preconfigured with Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) and AMD EXPO profiles. This allows users to enable the rated speeds via the BIOS settings, regardless of whether they are using an Intel or AMD motherboard. In addition, the modules have been validated on the Qualified Vendor Lists (QVL) of four major motherboard manufacturers.

The CRAS V RGB PRIME uses high-quality memory ICs from a leading Korean manufacturer to ensure stability even under heavy loads. The hardware architecture includes a high-density 10-layer printed circuit board (PCB) designed to improve signal integrity and reduce electromagnetic interference during high-speed operation. Additional stability features include an integrated power management IC (PMIC) for precise voltage regulation and on-die error correction code (ECC) for long-term reliability. The physical design features an aluminum heatsink with a black-and-gold finish. The manufacturing process includes a hard-anodized surface combined with a surface treatment that creates a high-gloss piano-black finish.
