Workstation and server tiering

The product range is divided into two application areas. The workstation segment under the brand name FlexPrime offers various form factors for different research and development requirements. These include the small form factor V20R, the mid-tower V50R, the full-tower V80T and the R80T, which enables switching between tower and rackmount configurations. These devices are primarily intended for prototyping and shared laboratory environments.

For production-level requirements, the FlexGrid server series - consisting of G2E2, MG4E2, HG8E2 and MI8E2 - is designed to handle high-density environments, distributed cluster training and multi-GPU computing.

High-performance deskside computing

The FlexPrime V80B serves as a high-end workstation option and integrates the Nvidia GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip. This architecture enables the compute density typically found in rack-scale systems to be accommodated in a deskside chassis.

A key feature of the V80B is its 775 GB of coherent shared memory. By combining 279 GB of HBM3e GPU memory and 496 GB of LPDDR5X system memory via NVLink C2C, the system can process large language models and simulation datasets entirely in memory, eliminating the need for paging. Networking is supported by the ConnectX-8 SuperNIC, which provides 800 Gb/s bandwidth for scalable multi-node workloads.

Software deployment and customization

To reduce deployment time, Corsair offers pre-validated software stacks. These include hardware-tuned versions of TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as pre-configured environments for Kubernetes and Docker.

The Corsair Pro series follows a build-to-order model. Systems are assembled based on specific workload requirements in terms of storage capacity, accelerator types and processing environments. While configurations vary by region and model, prices for entry-level barebone units start at $1,050. This approach allows users to move from initial development on FlexPrime workstations to volume production on FlexGrid servers within a unified hardware pipeline.

For example, the Corsair PRO FlexPrime R80T starts at a price of $3,426.15.
