The TPE-TG50g has four Gigabit PoE+ ports and one dedicated Gigabit uplink port. It is compatible with the IEEE-802.3af and IEEE-802.3at standards and offers a total power supply of 31 watts. This capacity makes the switch a viable option for small edge networks where multiple devices require a constant power supply without the need for additional power outlets.

To ensure stable communication under high network utilization, the switch offers a switching capacity of 10 Gbps. In addition, the hardware supports jumbo frames of up to 9 KB, which enables the processing of larger data packets and thus optimizes the overall efficiency of the network.
