Designed for competitive gaming, the Clipper Pro Mini 60 utilizes magnetic Hall-effect switches known as the MGX Hyperdrive Core. These switches allow the user to adjust the actuation point between 0.2mm and 3.8mm and are rated for 100 million actuations. To minimize input latency, the keyboard uses AXON 8,000Hz hyper-polling technology, which registers inputs significantly faster than traditional gaming keyboards.

In addition to the basic actuation, the keyboard also offers some special functions. Rapid Trigger enables near-instant resetting by detecting an upward movement of 0.1 mm, while FlashTap SOCD optimizes the processing of inputs in the opposite direction, which is particularly relevant for first-person shooters. The device also supports Multi Action for assigning four commands to one button, Tap Lock for toggling held actions and Smart Tap for distinguishing between short and long button presses.

The Clipper Pro Mini 60 is IP57 waterproof and dustproof and has internal noise reduction. Instead of traditional software, users can manage RGB profiles, button assignments and firmware updates via a browser-based web hub. Corsair also confirmed that these reverb effect features will be available for the Vanguard Pro 96 via a future software update.
