In addition to the case, XERON is introducing the T1000 all-in-one (AIO) cooler as its flagship product. This device uses a base plate made of a diamond-copper composite material, which offers 1.5 to 2.5 times higher heat transfer efficiency than conventional copper plates, resulting in a reduction of CPU temperature by approximately 5 degrees Celsius under similar conditions. The T1000 also features an independent dual-cooling-loop system that combines a closed liquid-metal loop with a conventional water loop to increase the total heat transfer area and reduce fan noise during load fluctuations.

Other cooling options include:

  • LUX L360 VISION: An AIO cooler featuring a 6.67-inch curved OLED display and an Infinity Mirror panel. It uses an offset mounting system for the copper plate to align it with the CPU’s hotspots, further lowering temperatures by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius.
  • NEX L360 ARGB: This AIO model features fans arranged in series for simplified cable management and a similar offset mounting design to optimize heat dissipation at hotspots.
  • Case Fans: The MAX F120 series uses double-curved fan blades to reduce turbulence, while the NEX F120A and NEX F120RA series offer both standard and reverse airflow configurations with integrated lighting. Comprehensive Power Supply Portfolio

XERON introduces several power supply series, many of which comply with the ATX 3.1 standard:

High-efficiency and professional series:

  • LUX PT Series: Fully modular power supplies, available in 750 W, 850 W, 1000 W, and 1200 W, with 80 PLUS Titanium and PPLP Titanium certifications.
  • LUX PT WS Series: These power supplies, specifically designed for AI workstations, offer power outputs of 1,650 W and 2,500 W with multiple 12 V 2x6 connectors.
  • MAX P3000G WS: A 3,000-W power supply with 80 PLUS Gold certification, designed for AI servers that require multiple high-performance graphics cards.

Mainstream and Compact Series:

  • MAX PG Series: Units with 80 PLUS Gold, Cybenetics Gold, and PPLP Gold certifications, available in power ratings from 650 W to 850 W in a compact 140-mm chassis.
  • MAX PB Series: Entry-level ATX 3.1 units ranging from 550 W to 850 W with 80 PLUS 230 V EU Bronze certification.
  • Small Form Factor (SFF): The MAX PS series offers fully modular SFX power supplies (Gold-certified) ranging from 650 W to 1,000 W, while the MAX PX series includes Platinum-certified SFX models ranging from 750 W to 1,000 W.

Thermal Pads and WLP

To complement its hardware, XERON is launching a wide range of thermal solutions:

  • LUX E71: A high-performance liquid metal with a thermal conductivity of 26 W/m·K.
  • MAX E72: A composite paste made of liquid metal and conventional thermal paste for easier application, offering a thermal conductivity of over 8 W/m·K.
  • NEX E72 & NEX E75: Non-electrically conductive thermal pastes designed for mainstream PCs, laptops, and graphics cards.
