HyperX Cloud Alpha Air Open-Back Headset
The Cloud Alpha Air is the brand's first open-back headset. While open-back designs typically sacrifice low frequencies in favor of a more natural soundstage, this model uses Bass Tube technology to maintain bass reproduction. The design focuses on spatial awareness and acoustic cues and is aimed at competitive gamers and content creators who need precise directional sound. Users can customize audio settings via the NGENUITY software. The headset is scheduled to launch in September 2026, with a retail price of €149.99.
Pulsefire Haste 3 Mouse Series: Pro, Wireless, and Wired
At the heart of the input device lineup is the Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro. To reduce weight, the shell features carbon fiber reinforcements, resulting in a total weight of 47 grams. The device uses a new high-performance sensor with the following specifications:
- Sensitivity: Up to 42,000 DPI
- Tracking speed: Up to 800 IPS
Battery life depends on the sampling rate and lasts up to 150 hours at 1K and 35 hours at 8K. This model will be available in September 2026 for 139.99 EUR.
HyperX is also launching two additional versions of the Haste 3. The wireless version offers low latency and long battery life and costs €99.99. The wired version serves as a lightweight alternative for users who prefer a wired connection and is available for €49.99. Both are expected to be available in September 2026.
SoloCast 2 Pro Microphone and Updates to the Ecosystem
The SoloCast 2 Pro expands the brand’s lineup of compact microphones. It features two condenser capsules and built-in vibration damping to reduce ambient noise. The hardware includes a built-in pop filter and supports direct microphone monitoring as well as control via the NGENUITY software. The device will launch in September 2026 for 89.99 EUR.
The company is also introducing new color options for existing hardware. These include updated color palettes for the Cloud III Wired, Cloud III S, and Cloud Flight 2 headsets, as well as a “Frost” color option for the SoloCast 2 microphone.
