PNY CS2341 M.2 NVMe Gen 4 x4 SSD for PC and PlayStation 5 Unveiled

The CS2341 uses the NVMe PCIe Gen 4 x4 interface for fast data transfers, which is designed to reduce load times in modern games and improve efficiency during computation-intensive tasks. The drive achieves sequential read speeds of up to 7,100 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 6,200 MB/s. To ensure consistent performance and prevent thermal throttling during sustained heavy workloads, the SSD is equipped with an extruded aluminum heat sink.

The SSD is available with storage capacities of up to 1 TB and offers additional space for extensive game libraries and professional files. The PNY CS2341 was first unveiled at Gamescom 2026 and has been available since September 15, 2026. The 1 TB version is available on Amazon for €230 (Affiliate), including the heatsink.
